Implementing Position Algorithms Using Accelerometers Document - DEMO9S08QG8

Hello. I had a question regarding the documentation on 'Implementing Positioning Algorithm Using Accelerometers' (http://www.freescale.com/files/sensors/doc/app_note/AN3397.pdf) document. The document on page 7 refers to full source code for the application. However, there are several include files in this source code that are referenced but not included in the document or I can't find (adc.h,buzzer.h, SCItx.h). Does anyone know where these are located or if they can be?
