Thanks for the answer&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;for all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The answer by AKE is&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1) The operating voltage is 1.8 V - 3.6 V. Within that span, the&lt;BR /&gt;component behaves normally, so no compensation is needed.&lt;BR /&gt;See Section 3.13 and Table 7 in MC9S08QE8.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2) I have no paper describing the 9S08QE8. The closest I got is the&lt;BR /&gt;9S08QG8, so I will send you a paper/file describing that MCU instead.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm interested in developing a prototype with MC9S08QE8CWL but i have 2 question to clarify before i start.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1.What is the frequency of the chip if the chip voltage is 1.8V? Can anyone provide me with the frequency graph vs voltage?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2.I can't find any document &amp;amp; source code to help me with EEPROM Emulation.
