On the chip there is written:

MC13224V

XJAB8F49

K0849

KOREA

Where I can find the chip revision requested by MC13224x Firmware Loader in test tool?

The MC1322x revision is not printed on chip.

Hi Elisa,

I presume you need the mask set revision number?

This device seems not to have it. Refer to this post for a previous discussion on this. It appears this is still not resolved. Alban was trying to get to the bottom of this but has since left the company.

Hi Elisa,

I believe we replied to this on the Freescale Service Request you sent.

The parts marked with MC are rev 2.1. Kits that shipped since Feb also had 2.1 silicon.
