      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just bought a 9s08qe8badge low power evaluation platform for $5.&amp;nbsp; Not sure what it is exactly.&amp;nbsp; I am a hobbiest in elctronics and computer programming and all the info I find in this forum and on the web is a bit over my head so... can anyone give me a dumbed down explanation of what this thing is??? &amp;nbsp; As an amature will ever find a use for it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
