Alternative for Processor Expert S12X platform ?

Dear

Do you know any alternative (cost effective) for Processor Expert on S12X platform?

Codewarrior with advanced components in PE are expensive if consider single project, so I wonder if there is exist any alternative to build/buy Hardware Abstraction Layer for S12X (XE or SX).

I think maybe you can buy a standalone Embedded Component of Processor Expert.
