MCU with Hbridge drive(DC Motor)+Can Module

Hi All,

One of my customer is looking for MCU with Hbridge drive(DC Motor)+Can Module feature, we got this MICU "MM912G634DM1AE" but this has no CAn, please someone suggest a MCU with both features if not available please suggest other option.

This is for Temperature control Application. Attached file for your reference with MCU specs.

I would like to recommend S12ZVM family:

This is also suitable for driving BLDC and PMSM motors.

If you would like get something more “conservative”, I would like to recommend for example S12G family:
