Where is MC9S12XDPxx family API documentation?

My company is starting a new project and we are now evaluating some processors in order to select one to use. I have downloaded Freescale Codewarrior SE in order to see what I can do with freescale processors, but I having a very big difficulty to get some documentation even to start the evaluation, specially the API documentation.

So, can anyone inform me where can I get the API documentation for the MC9S12XDPxx family?

Can you clarify what you mean by "API" in this context please? The API is a module on the family but I suspect this is not what you mean.

The documentation is available either by following links in Automotive 16-bit microcontrollers or simply by searching for "S12XD"

For S12XD-Family API information refer to chapter 14 (VREG section) of the reference manual.
