    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Windows 7 64 Bit OS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The software that came with the board would not run.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The code warrior I downloaded from freescale will run the simulation but not the multilink board.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to run the board I get several errors, and consequently, the board is unuseable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;John N&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

There are known issues with running CodeWarrior on Windows 7, 64-bit.
