This book is hard to come by, anyone know where I can get it in South Africa?

I am aware of the author's post on this forum, the problem is I am outside of the US and Amazon refuse to ship to South Africa. I don't know what the problem is but most online retailers in the US refuse to ship here for some reason.

Anyway we have found a company who are importing the book for us. The details are as follows for the benefit of those outside the US:

With regards to Amazon I am sure you have heard in the media that Amazon will no longer ship to South Africa unless we can pay an amount to the tune of $200 to ship with a pre-arranged courier such as DHL, UPS, etc...

So my above statement, at the time might have been a bit off the mark but it was imminent.

Very sad situation indeed
