Hi,

https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/application-note/AN3624.pdf ... Uses also old values of dVht, originally designed for S12ZVC and first versions.

The change was done Table 0-1. Revision History:

14 DEC 2015 2.4

Updated temperature sensor electrical specification, Table B-1

So the latest version provides the values we currently guarantee.

However, as an design engineer I would use the worst case scenario which provides me safety range.

I can not imagine you will perform trimming for each device separately. But I can be wrong.

Best regards,

Hello,

I am working on a project with the S912ZVMC12F3 MCU.

In the reference manual revision 2.15 (5.9.2023) I can find the calculation for the internal temperature sensore VHT / VREG:
VHT(temp) = VHT(150) - (150 - temp) * dVHT
VHT(150) = 2,4 V
dVHT = 5,25 mv/°C typical
@RT I measure a value of ~1342 => ~5°C which is obviously not correct.

When checking an older version of the reference manual (Rev. 1.4 22.5.2014) I can find the following values:
VHT(150) = 2,25 V
dVHT = 5,05 mv/°C typical
@RT ~1342 => ~29°C which is more plausible (but still a bit too high as it is winter and my colleague always wants to keep the window open so it is acutally more like <20°C :D)

Can you please help out on what are the correct values to be used?

Kind regards
tomrix
