According to the current calibration configuration on the AN12301, I found that the maximum test current was only ±50A.

Could you please confirm that VSENSE and TSENSE are disabled? Is the chopper enabled?

Hello David,
As shown above, the voltage and temperature are disabled and the current is activated. I think it has something to do with gain, please refer to it.

The above program follows the NXP software template, non-calibration module, normal reading current can reach 700A, calibration module program, reading current can only reach the maximum 50A
