if you have a problem with P&E USB Multilink Universal (firmware update), then you should ask P&E support. www.pemicro.com

However.....

I suppose you use Windows 10.

Did it work before?

Have you plugged the cable in correct orientation into the board?

Are you using your own board or an EVB?
