&lt;P&gt;if you have a problem with P&amp;amp;E USB Multilink Universal (firmware update), then you should ask P&amp;amp;E support. &lt;A href="http://www.pemicro.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.pemicro.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However.....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I suppose you use Windows 10.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did it work before?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you plugged the cable in correct orientation into the board?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you using your own board or an EVB?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
