Hii,

In CAN we have following points:

1. Alive counter

2. Bus off

3. Checksum

4. Sum value

are these points under the scope of LIN protocol also ?

thank you @danielmartynek . I checked the document already but didn't find anything regarding bus off, alive counter or sum value.

There is no error counter (bus off). The LIN protocol is simply different from the CAN protocol.

But there is a checksum.
