&lt;P&gt;The device is CMOS technology device so in full stop mode there is no reason for an additional current. Except, if there are some „sources“/grounds connected via pins to ground/„sources“. In this case you have to think how to avoid this additional consumption ( for example; lighting diode either switched to gnd or Vdd, sensor, input of another device)&lt;BR /&gt;The question is also where you measure the consumption.&lt;BR /&gt;Is your mode full stop .... is everything switched off? (Pseudo stop mode)&lt;/P&gt;
