Because of this the part number exceeds possible length (simply limited by databases and manufacturing possibilities) so marketing has decided to omit not important label talking about family. Originally it was S12 and here it is only 12. &nbsp;Number 9 is important – says about the flash type.</P> <P>J5 is a code of the device mask set – the mask set is 5M48H ….
