Internal voltage regulator for s12Z controller

Hello,

I'm working on mc9s12zvl32mlf controller using code warrior software. I need to use internal voltage regulator of the controller for my application. I don't know which field should be modified so that CPMUVREGCTL register value changes to 0x01. By default in my code it is 0x02(external regulator). so, manually I am modifying the register value to 0x01(internal regulator) in processor expert generated code. so, can you please tell me the configuration in components to make CPMUVREGCTL register 0x01. Early reply is very much appreciated.

Hello @Pavani,

I can't reproduce it.

The default configuration of the register is 0x01 (CW 11.1)

But it can be changed anyway:
