I use the MC9S12ZVL, what's the minimal standby current?The datasheet have not mentioned it.

Hi,

This value is not defined and it is absolutely useless. For you as an engineer is important maximum value of the power save energy mode as a guaranteed value which will not be higher. All other cases are better. The value is important for design of other, for example supply, devices.

Hi @lama ,

According to what you said, the static current is not defined, but I need to know the minimum current when the MCU enters the stop mode. I mean, Why is it not defined, when the MCU is in stop mode, is its static current a fixed value?
