Hello,

I suggest looking at the "Memory Component" chapter in the "HC(S)12(X) Debugger Manual":

https://my.eng.utah.edu/~cs5780/doc/CW_Debugger_HC12_RM.pdf

The Memory window displays unstructured memory content or memory dump.

Or you can look at another option related to saving the memory dump into the file is described in this community thread by Radek:

https://community.nxp.com/t5/S12-MagniV-Microcontrollers/S12X-flash-memory-copy/td-p/187551

I hope it helps.

Best regards,

I would like to do a memory dump on the MC9S12XEP100 (freescale) chipset.

So, I purchased a Multilink unversial (PE micro) that can access BDM, and I want to use it to do a memory dump.

Can you tell me how to do a memory dump? Right now I'm trying with 'freescale codewarrior and Trace 32' and it keeps failing. I would like to receive detailed technical support or manual from you.
