Whats difference between S12ZVC 128kb , S12ZVC 192kb

I have s12zvc development kit. I ordered a new mcu from the Internet because the MCU unit is broken. But when I changed it, I realized that there was no voltage on pin adr-6. The old processor is 128kb and the new one is 192kb. Is there anything I need to fix about the software?
