Hello,

The S9S12G64BMLC is available in two maskset versions 1N75C and 0N55V.

The S9S12G64F1VLC is available with maskset 1N75C.

https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/errata/MSE9S12G64_1N75C.html

https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/errata/MSE9S12G64_0N75C.html

I'm not sure which one you have, however, the errata documents are the same. So, you do not need to do any SW changes.

Best regards,
