Error 53 during script, when I store image to cyclone

When I store image to cyclone by Cyclone Image Creation Utility Version 3.45,the error 53 reported,Invalid addresses in srecord block from $0003C000 to $0003C01F.

p.s:The MicChip is MC9S12XET256, and the algorithm is Freescale_9S12XET256_1x16xmax2k_max4K_EEPROM_linear_1k_page.12P.

In fect,I've tried every .12P file of 9S12XET256, and allways error.
