Hi,

Customer facing attached issue for lmtools installation.. Although customer says the server is not blocking the lmtools. Pls advice if such an issue was faced earlier and what could be the solution.

It seems that this is not an issue of the LMtools.

I have searched a bit and I have found a few videos which could help to resolve it:
