I have a Board with S12ZVL MCU embedded in it.when I try to debug a project and use U-Multilink .I'm getting this error "Device is secure .Erase to unsecure"

How do I solve this issue?

Please make sure your MCU is powered, as well check if you didn't reverse BDM connector, check BDM cable.

Hello Hui,

This issue is related to the connection of BDM interface, I can pick up some possible issue:

- The power supply should be 12 V

- Check the orientation of the BDM connector

- Check if the BDM cable is not damaged

- Check if the MCU warms up (If yes, it can be damaged)

- Do you have connected more than one BDM interface?

- You can try to use different USB PORT
