s12Z micro doesn't identify wake up as LIN based

Hi,

I am using micro controller s12Z(MM9Z1_638). I am having issues in waking up the micro through LIN.

I am sending LIN wake up frame to micro. Micro wakes up but the reason of wake up is identified as low power mode wake up.

But with second consecutive LIN wake up frame micro identifies it as LIN wake up.

Is it the limitation of the micro that it doesn't identify first wake-up frame as LIN wake up?

Hi Pranav,

Firstly, I would like to apologize for the delay. I found out you've already discussed this question with our SW application engineer and this question is already answered (that it is a software question and that you cannot use the LIN SW driver to detect first wakeup frame. You have to use LIN WU indicator (from LIN PHY wakeup receiver) => PCR_SR_WULINF.)
