We got a project using s12zvc with ASIL-B safety level requirement.
After some search, I found out I need a so-called 'core selft test' package to meet the safety requirement of s12z core.
Could someone kindly to send me such SCST package with respective qualification data table files please?
Or show me a way to get that please.

The core self test software is not free. If you want to know more information or you want to buy it, please contact your local distributor.
