How to use CW create .hex file to program freescale SZ12 micro without source code

Is there anyway to generate .hex file from CW? Try to pass the simple file for flashing controllers.

Or CW provide any other format files to support direct flashing process? Just don't want technician deal with source code and compiling/ debugging process.
