When I debug the VLG-MC9S12ZVC Board, There are no options in the drop-down menu of Target type.

Error creating session: Invalid target type selection in connection "VLG_MC9S12ZVC_FLASH_Open Source BDM"

Hi Guo,

Which version of the CodeWarrior do you have?

It seems like the Run Configuration of your project is corrupted.

At first, I would try to clean project and build again by right click on the project name.

If this doesn’t work, you can try to create New MCU project for this MCU and check Target type options.

The last option that could resolve it is: try to install a new instance of CodeWarrior (you don't have to uninstall your current version).
