Hello,
So, you have 110 bad Pcs out of 30K and the difference is about 10uA or more?
Is there a difference in the hardware design of the new batch?
Are the part numbers the same?

I see that unused ports shouldn’t ne floating, because pull resistors are enabled.
And I assume the temperature is constant.

Is it possible that there are different voltage levels on the ADC and PWM pins?

Regards,
Daniel

We have used this IC in production project. 20Kpcs have been produced , current consumption is ok( less than 90 uA ) but recently, another batch(30K pcs)is produced ,the problem is that current consumption is more than 100 uA , the total number is 110 Pcs, A-B-A test was done, abnormal phenomena follow the chip.

I try to use simple code in the attachment to control current consumption in stop mode for bad parts, but failed, but this code is test ok in good parts.Could you give me some advice about this problem

Hardware schematic：PAD1 and PAD0 were use to ADC input,pp1 and pp7 were used to pwm output, reset and bkgd were used，other pins were not be connect in schematic
