Once my application does not use AD_MeasureChan (), the STOP Mode current will be normal, about 45uA. What is the reason for this situation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Allen, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The ADC can take a higher current in Stop Mode (500μA increasing over time to about 1mA&lt;BR /&gt;per ADC instance) if the ADC is enabled and conversions have been done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please see &lt;A href="http://www.nxp.com/docs/en/errata/S12ZVC_0N23N.pdf"&gt;S12ZVC_0N23N, Mask Set Errata for Mask 0N23N&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a software workaround available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Daniel&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
