      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using S12ZVL to design a LIN node without external OSC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The datasheet showed the internal RC oscillator tolerance is +-1.3% , but there is no any information about&amp;nbsp;IRC tolerance including aging.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know the&amp;nbsp;S12ZVL's IRC tolerance including aging ? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
