    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is an internal RC filter which is characterized with the RP_MASK and RP_PASS values. Pulses smaller than 12ns are filtered, pulses greater than 22ns are not filtered. The internal RC filter is subject to some variance so pulses with a length between 12 and 22ns may or may not reset the device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need your own RC filter, make sure that the reset pulse last less then 24us, as the &lt;A href="http://www.nxp.com/assets/documents/data/en/application-notes/AN5207.pdf"&gt;Hardware Design Guidelines for S12ZVM Microcontrollers (AN5207)&lt;/A&gt; explains.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Daniel&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Want to know the minimum reset assert time on Reset pin for the MCU to execute reset for S12ZVML and S12ZVMBA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Basically want to design the correct RC values for reset circuit: any guidelines on this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I found some timing values related to Reset pin in the datasheet (attachment photo, highlighted terms), please explain them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
