I have (9s12q128), usbdm 4.12.1 and memory dump, Prompt please Referring I should specify the address for the correct reading of the chip so that later I could write a new chip? I have read datasheet, but still do not understand ..

Original Attachment has been moved to: usbdm--memory-dunp.rar

Hi,

it is not absolutely clear what you really have. If it is only copy of the memory and it contains entire memory then the address is given by memory map. Moreover, I do not know your programming mechanism but you should keep in mind that S12G uses global addresses for memory programming and PPAGE_offset addressing for memory reading. So your question opens more questions. As a start I would like to present you memory map of the device.

If you are not sure of data placement and you do not have S12 record (which is the best for programming) then the best way I see is to store entire memory including not programmed spaces.

Best regards,

Ladislav

Ups, you are talkiung about Q128 (not G128).

In this case the memory spce you have to get is:

ppage 0x38-0x3F

offsett 8000-BFFF for each page

best regards,

Ladislav
