Replace the MCU R5F10CMDxFB of Renesas in auto application

Dear ,

One of my customer wants to replace the MCU with the PN R5F10CMDxFB. The necessary peripherals as followings :

Package ：LQFP 80

Interfaces : LCD Drivers , more than 3ch ADCs (10bit or above resolution ) , 1 ch CAN(2.0B) , more than 5 Timers , 1ch I2C, 1ch SPI, 2ch UART ;

Power supply : 3.3 V--5V (5V will be better)

Could you kindly help me to check this issue and give me some recommand MPN? Appreciated a lot !

I would like to recommend S12ZVH family (ZVH, ZVHY, ZVHL, ZVFP):

This is highly integrated solution powered directly from 12V (you don’t need external power regulator), up to 40x4 LCD Segment driver, up to 4 Stepper Motor Controllers and potentially also with CAN or LIN physical layer.

Optionally there are also slightly older S12XHY or S12HY families:

Unfortunately, none of these MCUs are not available in LQFP 80 package. Only LQFP 64, 100, 112, 144 packages are available.
