Do any NXP MCUs have a -55C low end operating range

I am an applications engineer for Arrow electronics. Helping a customer who is looking for a MCU with a -55C to 125C operating range. All I can find at the NXP website is MCUs with -40 to 125 or 150C range.

Hi Larry,

Unfortunately, I am not aware of any S12 device qualified for the temperature range from -55°C.

There is one PowerPC MCU with that specification - MPC5554
