Pin Summary in the latest datasheet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Therefore the the external pin can be used as ATD input channel, The Current Sense Amplifier (CSA) feature in GDU should be disabled in such case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Btw, the CSA output voltage can be routed to ADC channel internally. Check&amp;nbsp; the chapter 18.4.8 Current Sense Amplifier and Overcurrent Comparator in the MC9S12ZVM ref.manual.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So the usage depends on your application and measurements you plan to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iggi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
