Hi Dear ,

My customer uses the MC9S12XDG128MAL , One works well ,but the other doesn't work . Would you kindly help me to check with the attached files ? For One_Right.jpg , the MCU is normal , but for One_Err.jpg , it does not work . The test condition , for both the same PCB and the same peripheral . Thanks a lot !

Hi Luke,

I supposed that you want to check tractability/date code.

Unfortunately your request is out of our scope – Checking tractability code is not a technical question.

Please contact your supplier (your Sales Representative or Distributor) with your request.

However I am afraid that your pictures clearly explain why one of MCUs doesn’t work.

And I am shame that I didn’t found it early and spend such time with this request.

If you look at One_Err.jpg, you could see that crystal Y401 is not assembled.

Please assembly crystal.
