Both S12ZVM and J638 are supported by CW 10.
Thus please try the general method of dumping device memory with CodeWarrior debugger.

As I know NXP doesn't have stand alone tool for dumping memory. If you need standalone tool, please consult our 3rd party companies for example P&E
