PTN3366 often damaged

Dear all

         I used the PTN3366B to design a DP to DVI convertor,  but I find the PTN3366b often damaged when do hotplug on DVI side, seems the IC output is broken, seriously, the resistor between PTN3366 VDD and GND is only 5-7 Ohm. attached the shematic, any one have any idea, thanks.
