If your license is purchased and need renew it after one year,

If you didn't purchase license. your CodeWarrior is a free download. you can't register, either renew. because "register" and "renew" are only for the purchased license.
If your downloaded CW is evaluation edition, it includes a 30 days temporary professional license.
