Comptiability of new DDR ram to IMX 7

We are  using IMX7 19*19 chip for our design and we want to use MT52L512M32d2PF (micron) as a ram instead of the MT41 family that is used in the Sabre EVB.  Is there any known problems or special incompatibility that it is needed to consider?

if it is compatible, which part of the linux compiling steps should be changed?

You can use the script i.MX7D DRAM Register Programming Aid to adjust your parameters. i.MX6/7 DDR Stress Test Tool V2.70 and https://community.nxp.com/docs/DOC-334245 are for ddr test.
