Hello,
I am using i.MX 6Quad SABRE-AI with Andriod N.
The boot animation log is as follows, but it is taking 42 seconds to boot. Is there a way I can shorten the time? Is there a problem in the log? Also, how to change the permissions?
init: Starting service 'bootanim'...

Hello Suhas,
Yes, you can optimize the booting process. You can make it by re-arranging the booting process and eliminating some unnecessary process for the booting. Unfortunately, we only have implemented this process for Android KitKat. However, you can go with NXP professional service support and they can help you make a patch for Android Nougat.
Furthermore, this is our patch for Android KitKat, if you are willing to check it out.
