Several weeks back I posted a query in this space (Continued Version 5.00 Sensor Fusion Support? ) asking if anyone had concerns about Version 5.00 support being discontinued. Given that there was no response, we have decided to terminate support for Version 5.00. At the same time, we're making an effort to remove all references to outdated eCompass application notes and documentation - those were also replaced with the V7.xx Sensor Fusion library.
You can expect outdated references and links to be removed from the NXP website in coming weeks. We continue to support the Version 7.xx sensor fusion library via MCUXpresso.
