I flashed my LPCXpresso824-Max board incorrectly and now the debugger does not work.  Is it possible to roll back things back to factory settings?

I've already tried everything listed in the question "Regaining debug access to target MCU" from March 31, 2016, and no help.   (I think I had violated this suggestion in the note:  The image contains code that sets the MCU clocks up "incorrectly")

I'm attaching an image showing the IDE's errors.
