关于TBDML驱动程序安装问题

我有一块KIT912F634EVME评估板，发现TBDML的驱动程序一直无法安装成功，能否给我一些建议？设备管理器中的USB带有感叹号

手动安装设备驱动程序

 官方提供的驱动程序

Maybe the software is suitable for 32bits system, and my system is 64bits. I installed the Windows XP(32bits) with VirtualBox, then it works.
