Hi,

No, there is no such a driver available.

The CAN module on S12Z derivatives is the same as older S12(woman). So, there shouldn't be any problem with implementing any CAN example designed for older S12(X) platforms. See for example:

There is also CAN driver for S12XE and S12G devices.

You can use it as an development platform for S12Z or you can try to port it to this device changing addresses of the registers.
