Dear experts,

I bought the KW41Z based Freedom development boards and installed the MCUXpresso IDE, SDK, COnfiguration tools and wanted to try the examples for Hybrid mode (Thread + BLE). I followed the steps as per:-

https://www.nxp.com/products/developer-resources/hardware-development-tools/freedom-development-boar...

I am able to successfully build the project for frdmkw41z_wireless_examples_hybrid_ble_thread_router_wireless_uart. But when I click on the 'Debug frdmkw41z_wireless_examples_hybrid_ble_thread_router_wireless_uart', I get a dialog box that J-Link support unavailable etc. I have attached the screen dumps below. Please help to fix/resolve the issue. I tried uninstalling and installing MCUXpresso and also J-Link but the same issue persists. Also tried with multiple boards and same problem.

Regards
Sandeep Suresh.

Hi Sandeep Suresh

Did you download the Jlink software? you should be able to find it in the page: OpenSDA / - SDA V2 | SEGGER - The Embedded Experts , Named as J-Link software package download. Please update it to the last firmware.

Please also check the 2) Default OpenSDA application may lose serial data" section in the link: https://community.nxp.com/docs/DOC-333763

You don't mentioned if your device manager can see the Jlink interface listed correctly, could you check this part to verify that your computer could recognize your USB correctly?

Hope this information could help you.

Best Regards
