We use this register to write a value to communicate between our bootloader and recoveryOS.  It works fine in the solo and in the imx6D 1.2.  The same software is not working in the imx6D 1.3.  If I try to write to the register it always reads back a 0.  I also checked that neither lock bits are set.  What could be wrong?

Yuri,

I did look at those, but I don't see that they could possibly have anything to do with the SNVS_LP register.

Hello,

The mentioned patches should be applied (actual) in order to avoid software side effects.

Is SNVS voltage proper  and satisfies power up sequence ?

Regards,

Yuri.
