CW 10.5.2 under Windows 10 for Power Architecture (T1042)
Either USB or Ethernet to CW TAP, sometimes connects, mostly not. Does not seem related to JTAG speed, the only real variable that can be changed.
CW debugger runs fine.
Could you please provide a ccs (verbose log) when DDRv is trying to connect to the board?

How do I enable verbose log in ccs?
When DDRv is connecting to the board a ccs console is opened. You can find it in task bar. Open it and activate verbose log using the command: log v
After that try to connect again. Also, make sure the connection done by debugger is closed and not affect the DDRv connection.
