i want test the 2G_DDR3_SDRAM using code warrior 10.4, how we test ?

Hi everyone,

I am using NxpP2020 board , while booting it stalls at middle of the boot. i thought DDR issue.

so i am planned  to test DDR3_SDRAM memory using code warrior 10.4, how we test with code warrior.

please help me ,share any Documents  as soon as possible.

Have you purchased the "Specialist Level" license for CW4NET tools from "http://www.nxp.com/products/software-and-tools/software-development-tools/codewarrior-development-to..."?
If yes, you could use DDRv Tool to do optimization and validation for DDR controller configuration.
Please refer to DDRv user manual provided in "http://www.nxp.com/assets/documents/data/en/user-guides/QCVS_DDR_User_Guide.pdf" about how to use DDRv integrated in QCVS tool.

If you didn't purchase "Specialist Level" license, please download and install the evaluation edition DDRv tool.

In addition, you also could refer to "Hardware diagnostics" section in CodeWarrior document C:\Freescale\CW_PA_v10.x\PA\Help\PDF\Targeting_PA_Processors.pdf to do hardware diagnostics for DDR memory.
