Install Ubuntu 14.04 on i.MX6ul-evk

I want to setup for Ubuntu core on imx6ul-evk。please tell me how to do！Thanks。

All the i.MX6UL-EVK material are here i.MX6UltraLite Evaluation Kit|NXP .
